Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a bowl mix all the powders, flour, baking powder and salt.
In a bowl, add the butter and add the sugar, mix until it is full, add the egg and the baking powder.
Knead until fully incorporated, wrap in non-stick plastic and refrigerate for 30 min.
For royal icing, mix the icing sugar with the egg white, and separate into 4 or 6 bowls. Paint the colors of your preference. Place in pastry sleeves and let stand for 10 min.
On a floured surface spread the cookie dough and cut with the help of different cutters.
Place the cookies on a tray and bake for 15 minutes. Let cool and reserve.
With the help of the sleeves, decorate the cookies by drawing a line in the outline and fill with more royal icing. Let it dry and enjoy.
