Put the egg in a bowl and beat it, then add the rest of the liquids (the oil and milk) and mix again. Next, add the sugar and chocolate, and mix. Finally, add the flour and baking powder and mix very well to avoid lumps. At this step, you can place the ingredients while your child beats, or vice versa.
Place in a microwave-safe dish and cook on high power for about 2 minutes. Remove from the microwave and sprinkle with colorful confetti, and that's it! You have a delicious and quick snack for your kids!
If you don't have special microwave molds, try making it in a ceramic mug of about 350 milliliters. I do it this way all the time, and it turns out great.
