You will be surprised with this delicious melon recipe. Prepare it as directed in the instructions, you can also replace the melon with any fruit you like.
Hydrate the gelatin in 1/4 cup of water for 2 minutes, heat it in a water bath, or for 20 seconds in the microwave to dissolve it; let it cool.
In a pot, heat 3 1/2 cups of water, when it boils, remove it from the stove, add the gelatin and the hydrated gelatin, and stir to dissolve them; set aside.
Cut the melon in half, remove the pulp and seeds; distribute the fruits in both halves and add the gelatin.
Refrigerate until the gelatin sets, and at the time of serving, slice the melon.
