Sweet Avocado Cream

  • 4 avocados, peeled and pitted.
  • 1/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 cups sour cream
  • 1 lime, for garnish, in slices

  • Place the avocados in a food processor or blender; cover it. Process until it becomes a puree. Add the lime juice and sugar; cover. Process until well mixed. (The mixture should have the consistency of yogurt).
  • Add the sour cream, 1 tablespoon at a time, processing it until well mixed after each addition.
  • Pour the cream into eight individual dessert plates or into a large serving dish. Serve immediately.
