Empanadas made without flour from green bananas with dulce de leche, a delicious combination perfect for your sweet cravings. They are easy to make and you'll love them.
Bring 6 cups of water to a boil, remove the edges of the bananas, and cut them into medium pieces.
Add the pieces of banana to the boiling water. Then add the cinnamon stick and the 2 tablespoons of sugar. Boil for 15 minutes.
Once the bananas are at the right point, remove the water. Cut the pieces in half to remove the center and the peel.
Place the bananas in a bowl and mash them with a fork until you get a smooth paste. Make small balls using approximately 2 tablespoons of the banana paste.
Place the ball in the palm of your hand and flatten it to form a disk about ½ cm thick. Place a teaspoon of dulce de leche in the center of the disk and form a ball.
Fry in hot oil until they turn golden. Mix the cup of sugar and the tablespoon of ground cinnamon, roll the balls in this mixture, and enjoy.
