  • Bring 6 cups of water to a boil, remove the edges of the bananas, and cut them into medium pieces.
  • Add the pieces of banana to the boiling water. Then add the cinnamon stick and the 2 tablespoons of sugar. Boil for 15 minutes.
  • Once the bananas are at the right point, remove the water. Cut the pieces in half to remove the center and the peel.
  • Place the bananas in a bowl and mash them with a fork until you get a smooth paste. Make small balls using approximately 2 tablespoons of the banana paste.
  • Place the ball in the palm of your hand and flatten it to form a disk about ½ cm thick. Place a teaspoon of dulce de leche in the center of the disk and form a ball.
  • Fry in hot oil until they turn golden. Mix the cup of sugar and the tablespoon of ground cinnamon, roll the balls in this mixture, and enjoy.
