  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon D'Gari vanilla essence
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • butter, for cooking
  • 3 cups cheese ball, grated
  • 1 cup walnuts, finely chopped
  • 2 cups cajeta
  • 3/4 cups sour cream
  • 1 pinch salt flower
  • vanilla ice cream

  • Blend the milk, eggs, butter, sugar, vanilla extract, salt, and flour until you obtain a light and well-integrated batter.Melt a little butter in a skillet, add a bit of the previous mixture, and cook for 3 minutes on each side.
  • Fill each crepe with the cheese ball and walnuts. Roll up and set aside.
  • Mix the cajeta, sour cream, and fleur de sel in a small pot for 3 minutes and stir until you achieve a fluid consistency.
  • Place three crepes on a plate and drizzle with cajeta. Decorate with ice cream and red fruits.
