Nutella and Fruit Crepes

It is very easy to make delicious Nutella and fresh fruit crepes. The interesting thing about this recipe is that by changing the fruit, you can have thousands of different options to enjoy whenever you want.

  • To prepare these crepes, you will need two bowls. In one of them, mix the milk and flour. In the other, beat the eggs with the softened butter. Next, mix the contents of both bowls together. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes at room temperature.
  • Grease a skillet using a paper towel soaked in oil. Heat it and pour some batter into the skillet to form a crepe of approximately 26 cm in diameter. Cook it on both sides until it acquires a uniform golden color. Serve the crepes filled with about 15 g of Nutella and fresh fruit (banana, strawberries, etc.).
