  • All the ingredients (except for the cajeta and walnuts) are placed in the blender and blended.
  • A small round pan is heated with a few drops of oil (it can be spread around the pan with a napkin to avoid greasiness).
  • Using a ladle, a little of the mixture is served in the pan, ensuring it covers the entire pan, and it is left to cook for about 45 seconds until it is slightly golden on the bottom.
  • The same process is repeated until all the crepes are made. They are arranged on a greased platter, folded in quarters.
  • The sweetened condensed milk is mixed with the banana.
  • The mixture is placed in the crepes and decorated with liquid chocolate.
