  • 250 grams wheat flour
  • 500 milliliters cow's milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 150 milliliters whipping cream
  • 80 grams condensed milk
  • 20 milliliters liquid vanilla
  • 1 mango, in slices
  • 1 grapefruit , in supremes
  • 2 oranges, in supremes
  • 200 milliliters whipped cream
  • mint leaf , for decoration

  • Mix the flour and milk in a bowl.
  • When fully combined, add the egg, oil, salt, and sugar.
  • Let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  • Pour the mixture into a hot skillet, swirling it until it forms a thin layer; when the edges turn golden, flip it and cook for one more minute. Set aside.
  • Boil the cream together with the condensed milk and vanilla until it starts to thicken; remove from heat and set aside.
  • Serve the crepes with the fruit, drizzle with the vanilla sauce, and accompany with whipped cream. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
