A simple recipe to make sweet crepes from scratch.

  • 1/2 cups butter
  • 1/2 cups flour
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg

  • Blend the previously melted butter, flour, sugar, milk, and egg until you get a liquid batter.
  • In a skillet, add a little butter and pour a thin layer of the batter, cook for one minute or until it takes on a slight golden hue and flip.
  • Remove and add your desired filling.
