Prepare 8 crepes with the crepe batter recipe from Kiwilimon.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and grease a large cookie baking sheet.
In a medium-sized skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the strawberries and cook for 5 minutes.
Place the crepes on a baking sheet and on each crepe add 1 tablespoon of goat cheese and 1/8 of the strawberry filling. Fold the crepe over the filling. Repeat for all the crepes.
Bake the crepes for 5 minutes and serve.
