250 grams flour
500 milliliters cow's milk
50 grams butter
50 grams sugar
4 eggs
jam, to taste
mixed berries, to taste
whipped creams, to taste

Add the flour to a blender, then add the milk and sugar.
Melt the butter and add it to the blender. Blend.
Add the eggs one by one to the blender. Beat.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Grease your crepe maker or skillet with a bit of melted butter; you can use a napkin to spread the butter.
With a ladle, add a bit of the mixture and spread it over the base.
Cook and lift with a toothpick. Flip and finish cooking.
Fill them with the jam you like most, and add fruit and whipped cream.
