Strawberry-Filled Crepes

Delicious strawberry-filled crepes. Strawberries make a great filling for crepes, and you can decorate them with strawberry coulis, powdered sugar, or even whipped cream. Plus, strawberries make them healthier.

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups flour

  • In a bowl, beat the eggs until frothy and add the flour, milk, and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Grease a non-stick skillet with butter and heat it. Pour in 1/4 cup of the batter and spread it evenly.
