Empanadas without male banana flour with dulce de leche, a delicious combination perfect for your sweet tooth. It is easy to prepare them and you will love them.
Boil the 6 cups of water, remove the edges of the bananas and cut them into medium pieces.
Add the banana pieces to the boiling water. Then add the cinnamon slice, and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Boil for 15 minutes.
Once the bananas are at their point, remove the water. Cut the pieces in half to remove the center and the shell.
Place the bananas in a bowl and mash with a fork until you get a smooth paste. Make balls using about 2 tablespoons of the banana paste.
Place the ball in the palm of the hand and flatten it to form a disk ½ cm thick. Place a teaspoon of dulce de leche in the center of the disc and form a small ball.
Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Mix the cup of sugar and the tablespoon of ground cinnamon, roll the balls in this mixture and enjoy.
