Tart with Fresh Peaches

A delicious recipe to prepare a tart with fresh peaches and cream, a pastry delight you can't miss. It will be the perfect dessert to share at home.

  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 90 grams unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 8 peaches, cut in halves
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cups sour cream , sour cream
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cups flour

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In a food processor, mix the flour, butter, and 2 tablespoons of sour cream to make the tart dough. When the dough is ready, knead it a bit more by hand on a clean floured surface.
  • In a pie/tart dish, press the dough with your hands until it covers the entire surface. Use your fingers to press the dough up the sides to form the base of the tart.
  • Bake the dough for 15 minutes or until it is lightly golden, then remove from the oven.
  • Combine in a mixer the egg yolks, remaining sour cream, sugar, and flour. Blend well and pour over the tart base.
  • Arrange the peach halves cut side down in the tart and bake for 1 hour at 150 degrees Celsius.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving.
