Tartlet

These delicious tartlets are the perfect dessert as they have a crunchy crust that pairs perfectly with the whipped cream and fruit filling. You can make them any size you like; large for sharing or small as individual canapé portions.

  • 2 cups wheat flour, white or whole grain
  • 1/2 cups vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt

  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • strawberries
  • kiwi
  • canned peaches

  • Mix the flour, milk, oil, and salt. Form a uniform dough; refrigerate for 10 minutes in a plastic bag.
  • Spread flour on the work surface, roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Spray the tartlet molds with spray and place the dough.
  • Bake at 145°C for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Once ready, let cool and add whipped cream and fruit to taste.
