30 grams unflavored powdered gelatin
2 egg whites
1 can condensed milk
2 leaves peppermint, for garnish

Blend the Taxo (without water)
Prepare the gelatin
In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form
Mix the ingredients and gradually add the condensed milk, sweetening to taste
Freeze for 2 hours, serve and garnish with mint leaves
