  • 30 grams unflavored powdered gelatin
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 2 leaves peppermint, for garnish

  • Blend the Taxo (without water)
  • Prepare the gelatin
  • In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form
  • Mix the ingredients and gradually add the condensed milk, sweetening to taste
  • Freeze for 2 hours, serve and garnish with mint leaves
