Cheese and Oreo Cheesecake

  • 380 grams cream cheese
  • 14 oreo-type cookies
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 7 grams natural unflavored gelatin
  • water
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 30 grams unsalted butter
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 14 oreo-type cookies, without cream filling

  • Mix the water with the gelatin and let it rest.
  • In a bowl, add the cream cheese, sugar, essence, lemon juice, and the filling from the cookies. Incorporate everything very well.
  • Heat the gelatin mixture in the microwave for 20 seconds and incorporate it into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Chop the whole cookies.
  • In a mold, add a bit of the cheese mixture and the crushed cookies. Create another layer by pouring the rest of the mixture.
  • Mix the cookies without cream with the butter until a paste forms.
  • Place the previous paste on top of the cheese mixture and refrigerate for an hour.
