1 envelope unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated in 1/2 cup of water and dissolved in a double boiler
1 whipping cream
1 cup strawberry , washed and disinfected
3/4 cups sugar
1/4 cups water
1 shot Tequila

Blend the condensed milk with the evaporated milk and cream cheese, continuously mixing while adding the gelatin in a thin stream. Whip the cream until peaks form and gently fold it into the cheese mixture.
Pour into molds and let cool for 1 hour.
For the sauce, blend the strawberries with the sugar, water, and shot of tequila.
Unmold the mousse onto a plate and decorate with the strawberry sauce, whipped cream, and chocolate shapes.
