Cheese Mousse with Strawberry Tequila Sauce

Delicious cheese mousse with strawberry sauce and a touch of tequila, you have to try it!!

  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 2 packages cream cheese
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated in 1/2 cup of water and dissolved in a double boiler
  • 1 whipping cream
  • 1 cup strawberry , washed and disinfected
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cups water
  • 1 shot Tequila

  • Blend the condensed milk with the evaporated milk and cream cheese, continuously mixing while adding the gelatin in a thin stream. Whip the cream until peaks form and gently fold it into the cheese mixture. Pour into molds and let cool for 1 hour.
  • For the sauce, blend the strawberries with the sugar, water, and shot of tequila.
  • Unmold the mousse onto a plate and decorate with the strawberry sauce, whipped cream, and chocolate shapes.
