Chocolate Tart Filled with Cappuccino Flan

  • 3 cups chocolate cookies, for the chocolate base
  • 1 1/2 cups butter, melted, for the chocolate base
  • 1 cup whipping cream, for the chocolate cream
  • 2 cups bittersweet chocolate, for the chocolate cream
  • 1 liter cow's milk, for the cappuccino flan
  • 1 box D´Gari® cappuccino flan, (84 g) for the cappuccino flan
  • bittersweet chocolate, melted, for decoration
  • almonds, toasted, for decoration
  • wafer rolls, for decoration

  • Process the cookies for 5 minutes until you have a semi-fine powder.
  • Mix the cookie powder with the butter.
  • Place non-stick plastic wrap over a cake mold, add the cookie mixture, and compress until you have a firm base. Then freeze for 20 minutes and set aside.
  • Heat the cream, remove from heat, and add the chocolate; mix until combined. Let cool and set aside.
  • Pour the chocolate cream over the cookie base and freeze for 8 hours. Set aside.
  • Heat the milk, add the D’Gari® cappuccino flan, and mix until dissolved. Then set aside.
  • Pour the chocolate cream on top and refrigerate until it sets.
  • Decorate with melted chocolate, toasted almonds, and cookie wafers.
