Creamy Cookie Tart

Making desserts is very easy with this cold tart recipe with Chokis® cookies, crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. This tart is very easy to make, as it is a no-bake recipe, and it has a very attractive presentation, marbled with chocolate chips as decoration.   • 3 cups cream cheese, soft
  • 1 cup butter, soft
  • 1/2 cups coconut cream
  • 1/2 cups white chocolate, melted
  • 1/4 cups cocoa
  • chocolate chips, for decoration

  • Place the Chokis® cookies in a plastic bag and crush them completely with a rolling pin, then mix them with the butter.
  • Cover a mold with non-stick plastic and spread the crushed cookie and butter mixture to form the base. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  • Beat the cream cheese and butter for 3 minutes, add the coconut cream, and finally, add the white chocolate. Divide the mixture into 2 equal parts and add cocoa to one of them.
  • Add one part of the white mixture to the cookie base, then continue with the chocolate mixture, and so on until the mold is filled; freeze for 1 hour.
  • Decorate with chocolate chips and enjoy.
