  • 10 guavas, seedless and cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cups raw sugar
  • 1 package cream cheese, 190 grams each
  • 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 1/2 cups icing sugar
  • 10 puff pastry, large
  • palmier bread, in scraps, for decoration

  • In a medium-low pot, cook the guava with the brown sugar and cinnamon for 10 minutes or until the guava softens. Remove and cool.
  • In a bowl, beat the cream cheese with the whipping cream and powdered sugar.
  • Cut the pastry sheets to the size of your baking dish, arrange to form a layer, and cover with the cheese mixture and guava paste. Repeat the process until the baking dish is filled and you have several layers. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
