  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1/4 cups cornstarch
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups Manchego cheese, grated
  • Glorias
  • cinnamon sugar
  • Mundet® Strawberry - Kiwi flavor

  • In a bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch, sugar, egg, salt, melted butter, and baking powder. Knead until combined and achieve a smooth and firm consistency. Finally, add the cheese.Let rest for 30 minutes.
  • Divide the dough into 8 portions, fill with Glorias, and roll them into balls. Set aside.
  • Heat enough oil and fry the fritters, then coat them in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
  • Serve the fritters with Mundet® Strawberry - Kiwi flavor.
