Homemade Manjarate

Try this delicious dessert of dulce de leche and chocolate, it's very easy to make and the best part is that you only need 5 ingredients. It's perfect for a dinner with friends.

  • 1 can evaporated milk, chill for 6 hours
  • 500 grams dulce de leche
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 40 milliliters water
  • 70 grams bittersweet chocolate

  • Whip the evaporated milk until it doubles in volume and reaches a stiff consistency.
  • Add the dulce de leche and mix until fully incorporated.
  • Hydrate the gelatin in cold water and melt in the microwave for 30 seconds; add to the previous mixture and fold it in gently.
  • Pour into small cups and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals and pour over the cups.
