300 grams condensed milk
1 liter cow's milk
2 envelopes mango pulp
3 envelopes unflavored gelatin
4 egg whites
2 teaspoons sugar
20 grams chantilly cream
2 cups water

Dissolve the gelatin in hot water.
Blend the cold milk, condensed milk, pulp, and dissolved gelatin.
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form with the sugar and add them to the previous mixture.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Decorate with whipped cream and enjoy.
