Microwave Flan

Nothing better than a no-bake dessert, and with this microwave flan recipe, you'll always have an easy and very quick option. Flan is also one of the typical desserts of Mexico and requires few ingredients, so you can prepare it anytime. Don't forget that it’s important to consider the wattage of your microwave, and you can also do it in 30-second intervals to check the cooking.

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • cajeta
  • strawberries, to accompany

  • Blend all the flan ingredients perfectly. Set aside.
  • In flan baking molds, add a bit of cajeta at the bottom, then pour the flan mixture up to ¾ of the mold.
  • Microwave for 3 minutes and let it rest at room temperature for 20 minutes. Then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Unmold and enjoy.
