  • 8 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon Jif® Extra Crunchy Chunky Peanut Butter
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 8 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon Smuckers® strawberry jam

  • In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and baking powder until well combined. Add the Jif® extra crunchy peanut butter, butter, and milk. Mix until you get a light batter.
  • Grease and flour a microwave-safe mug. Pour the cake mixture, add ½ tablespoon of Smucker’s® Strawberry Jam in the center, and cover with a little more batter. Heat in the microwave for 60 seconds.
  • Dust the mug cake with powdered sugar and decorate with Smucker’s® Strawberry Jam.
