  • Mix the chocolate cookie with the butter in a bowl with a spatula until a dough forms. Place the cookie dough in a tart pan lined with plastic, cover the entire bottom of the pan, pressing down very well and trying to form a layer about 1 cm thick. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  • Use a hand mixer to soften the cream cheese, then add the Hershey's Cookies 'n' Creme Powder, Greek yogurt, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla, and mix until smooth. Add a little of the mixture to the hydrated gelatin to temper it, then return everything to the cheese mixture and mix very well with a whisk. Set aside.
  • Pour the cheese mixture into the pan over the tart base and flatten with a spatula to make it even. Refrigerate the no-bake tart for 1 hour.
  • To decorate the no-bake cookie tart: unmold and place it on a serving plate, drizzle the top of the tart with Hershey's chocolate syrup, whipped cream, Hershey's Cookies 'n' Creme Chips, and chocolate cookies vertically around the tart.
