Thick Cappuccino Coffee Flan and Cream Cheese

  • 1 envelope D´Gari® cappuccino flan, 140 g
  • 1 liter cow's milk
  • 1 piloncillo
  • 4 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 3 cups water
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 1/4 cups sour cream
  • 1/4 cups icing sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 cup chocolate, for decorating

  • Heat the milk, without letting it boil, remove from the heat and add the D’Gari® Cappuccino Flan packet, mix and set aside.
  • Dissolve the cornstarch in two tablespoons of cold water, set aside.
  • Heat the 3 cups of water over low heat and add the piloncillo, stirring continuously. Add the instant coffee and keep stirring until everything is incorporated. Add the cornstarch, continuing to stir until it thickens, let cool and set aside.
  • Cream the cream cheese, incorporate the powdered sugar and vanilla essence. Set aside.
  • Pour the D’Gari® Cappuccino Flan into a glass until it fills ¼ of the glass, add the coffee sweetener and finish with the cream cheese.
  • Decorate with grated chocolate.
