Preheat the oven to 180° C.
Grease and flour a 26 cm mold.
Sift the flour and set aside.
In a bowl, start beating the egg yolks with a mixer on high speed until they turn white, then add the cup of sugar and continue beating until this mixture thickens and set aside.
Beat the egg whites to stiff peaks. Gradually add the yolk and sugar mixture along with the sifted flour, mixing gently with a wooden spatula to avoid deflating.
Pour the mixture into the greased and floured mold and bake for 30 minutes. Check by inserting a knife in the center; it should come out clean. Remove from the oven and let it cool.
Unmold and use a fork to make small holes in the bread, being careful not to break it.
In the blender, combine the condensed milk, evaporated milk, half cream, vanilla, and brandy, and blend. Pour this mixture directly onto the bread and let it absorb. Place the bread on a tray, being careful not to spill the milk.
Let it sit and enjoy.
