  • 3 kiwis, Cut into cubes, for the first layer
  • 1 tablespoon peppermint, for the first layer
  • 3/4 cups water, for the first layer
  • 1/4 cups sugar, for the first layer
  • 1 cup coconut milk, for the second layer
  • 1/4 cups sugar, for the second layer
  • 1 cup strawberries, Without stem, for the third layer
  • 3/4 cups water, for the third layer
  • 1/4 cups sugar, for the third layer

  • Blend the kiwi with mint, water, and sugar until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
  • Pour into the popsicle molds until filling a third of them. Freeze for 1 hour or until firm.
  • Blend the coconut milk with the sugar and pour over the first layer. Freeze until solid but soft enough to insert the popsicle stick.
  • For the last layer, blend the strawberries with water and sugar and pour over the coconut layer.
  • Insert the popsicle sticks and freeze for 1.5 hours or until very firm.
  • Unmold and serve.
