  • Blend the blackberries with the grape juice and gelatin until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Strain the preparation.
  • Place the cups in a cupcake mold or in a smaller bowl at a 45° angle. Carefully pour the grape gelatin and refrigerate until set, ensuring it doesn't move so that the gelatin remains tilted.
  • Meanwhile, blend the natural yogurt with the cream cheese, evaporated milk, and half and half until you obtain a homogeneous mixture, add the honey, and gradually add the gelatin while blending.
  • Divide the mixture into two equal parts and color one of the mixtures with food coloring. Once the blackberry gelatin is set, flip the cups over the mold or bowl at a 45° angle but towards the opposite side. Fill with the colored gelatin and refrigerate until set.
  • Remove the cups from the refrigerator and place them on a flat surface so they are upright. Fill each cup with the white gelatin and return to the refrigerator.
  • Once set, decorate the cups with whipped cream and strawberries. Enjoy.
