Prepare some fun hotcake bites for breakfast. They are made with three different flavors of milk: vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate; to give a twist to the classic breakfast, serve with honey and start your mornings with this delicious recipe.
200 milliliters Santa Clara® vanilla flavoured milk
yellow gel food coloring
1/4 cups blueberries
200 milliliters Santa Clara® milk chocolate ice cream flavor
1/4 cups chocolate chips
1 tablespoon cocoa
200 milliliters Santa Clara® strawberry ice cream flavor milk
1/4 cups strawberries, diced
food coloring, pink
1 tablespoon butter, melted to grease the mold
maple syrup, for serving

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder, salt, sugar, and egg.
Divide the mixture into three parts. To the first mixture, add Lechita Santa Clara® vanilla ice cream flavor, yellow food coloring, and berries. Set aside.
To the second part, add Lechita Santa Clara® chocolate ice cream flavor, chocolate chips, and cocoa. Set aside.
To the third part, add Lechita Santa Clara® strawberry ice cream flavor, strawberries, and food coloring. Set aside.
Grease a sphere-shaped mold with some melted butter and pour in the hotcake mixture. Bake for about 10 minutes.
Carefully unmold and serve. Serve with honey.
