Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake

  • 2 cups cereal mix, (oats with amaranth) for the base
  • 1 cup white chocolate, melted, for the base
  • 1 cup dark chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 cups cocoa
  • 1 cup vegetable whipped cream type Chantilly®
  • 1 cup milk chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup vegetable whipped cream type Chantilly®
  • 1 cup white chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup vegetable whipped cream type Chantilly®
  • 1 cup strawberries, in halves, for decoration
  • peppermint
  • chocolate shavings, for decoration

  • For the base, mix in a bowl the oats with the amaranth and white chocolate. Pour into a cake mold and spread with the help of a spoon. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  • For the dark chocolate layer, in a bowl mix the dark chocolate gently with the Chantilly® type vegetable whipped cream and cocoa. Pour over the base and spread. Refrigerate for 20 minutes or until set.
  • For the milk chocolate layer, in a bowl mix the milk chocolate gently with the Chantilly® type vegetable whipped cream, pour over the dark chocolate layer and spread. Refrigerate.
  • Repeat with the white chocolate and the remaining Chantilly® type vegetable whipped cream.
  • Once the cake is completely set, unmold and decorate with strawberries, mint, and chocolate.
