Prepare this delicious dessert and surprise your guests with this 3-chocolate mousse very fast and easy to prepare. Best of all, you don't need to use a blender and still get a smooth and creamy texture. You'll love it!
2 cups cereal mix, (oatmeal with amaranth) for the base
1 cup white chocolate, cast, for base
1 cup dark chocolate, molten
1/2 cups cocoa
1 cup vegetable whipped cream type Chantilly®
1 cup milk chocolate, molten
1 cup vegetable whipped cream type Chantilly®
1 cup white chocolate, molten
1 cup vegetable whipped cream type Chantilly®
1 cup strawberries, in halves, to decorate
peppermint
chocolate shavings, to decorate

For the base, mix the oatmeal with amaranth and white chocolate in a bowl. Pour into a cake pan and spread with the help of a spoon. Refrigerate 10 minutes.
For the dark chocolate layer, mix the dark chocolate in a bowl with the Chantilly® Vegetable Whipped Cream and cocoa. Pour over the base and spread. Refrigerate 20 minutes or until set.
For the milk chocolate layer, in a bowl, mix the milk chocolate in an enveloping form with the Chantilly® Vegetable Whipped Cream, pour over the dark chocolate layer and spread. Refrigerate
Repeat with the white chocolate and the rest of the Chantilly® Vegetable Whipped Cream.
Once the cake is completely set, unmold and decorate with strawberries, mint and chocolate.
