  • 2 slices canned pineapple
  • 1 ounce banana liqueur
  • 1 ounce orange juice
  • 1 ounce vodka
  • 2 balls vanilla ice cream

  • In a skillet, melt the sugar.
  • When it starts to caramelize, add the butter.
  • Add the pineapple slices and cook for a few seconds.
  • Then add the orange juice, banana liqueur, and vodka, flambé it, and let it cook for a few more seconds.
  • Finally, when serving, place the ice cream on top of the pineapples.
