This cake has a very attractive and simple recipe; the idea is to make a cake in a baking dish and inject different gelatins with various colors to create unicorn colors.
1 envelope D’Gari® pistachio gelatin dessert, 120 g
2 cups milk, hot, 500 ml
2 envelopes D´Gari® jelly flavor yoghurt blackberry, (20 g per packet) 40 g
2 cups milk, hot, 500 ml
2 envelopes D'Gari® gelatin strawberry yoghurt flavor, (20 g per packet) 40 g
2 cups milk, hot, 500 ml
2 envelopes D'Gari® gelatin mango yoghurt flavor
2 cups milk, hot, 500 ml
12 egg whites, for the mixture
1/2 cups sugar, for the mixture, 100 g
12 egg yolks, for the mixture
1/2 cups sugar, for the mixture, 100 g
1 tablespoon vanilla essence, for the mixture, 15 ml
1 tablespoon orange zest, for the mixture, 15 g
2 cups flour, for the mixture, 400 g
whipped cream
rainbow sprinkles

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
For the cake, beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff peaks form. On the other hand, beat the egg yolks with the sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon zest until their volume doubles.
In a bowl, gently combine the mixtures of egg whites and yolks. Gradually incorporate the sifted flour in a rain-like manner and fold carefully to avoid deflating the mixture.
Pour into a square mold or a 32x22 cm baking dish, previously greased and floured. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C or until cooked through, and let cool completely.
While it cools, prepare the gelatins. Mix the hot milk with the D’Gari® pistachio-flavored gelatin until completely dissolved; do the same with the D’Gari® blackberry yogurt-flavored gelatin, the D’Gari® strawberry yogurt-flavored gelatin, and the D’Gari® mango yogurt-flavored gelatin.
In the cake, make holes using a straw and forming rows, try to make the holes as close together as possible. With the help of squeeze bottles, inject one flavor of gelatin into each hole, so that it is painted with lines of colors. Make sure to combine the colors well for a nice look; repeat this operation until finishing the rows. Chill for 20 minutes.
Decorate the surface with whipped cream and pastel-colored sprinkles.
