Vanilla Cake for Diabetics

This is a super fluffy cake suitable for diabetics. Its delicious and fragrant vanilla flavor is perfect for enjoying as a dessert or in the afternoon with your loved ones.

  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder, to taste
  • 4 eggs
  • 90 grams unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cups vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons liquid vanilla
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cups cow's milk

  • Preheat the oven to 190°C.
  • Sift the flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, and mix. Melt the butter and beat the eggs until frothy.
  • Add the butter, vegetable oil, and mix. Incorporate the vanilla and sugar.
  • Pour in half of the dry mixture; half of the milk, mix, then incorporate the rest.
  • Grease and flour a mold. Pour in the mixture and bake for 40 to 50 minutes, reducing the temperature to 180°C.
  • Unmold and serve.
