2 tablespoons baking powder
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder, to taste
4 eggs
90 grams unsalted butter
1/2 cups vegetable oil
3 tablespoons liquid vanilla
1/4 cups sugar
3/4 cups cow's milk

Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Sift the flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, and mix. Melt the butter and beat the eggs until frothy.
Add the butter, vegetable oil, and mix. Incorporate the vanilla and sugar.
Pour in half of the dry mixture; half of the milk, mix, then incorporate the rest.
Grease and flour a mold. Pour in the mixture and bake for 40 to 50 minutes, reducing the temperature to 180°C.
Unmold and serve.
