Vanilla Christmas Roll with Strawberries

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cups butter, melted
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/3 cups icing sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • strawberries, for decorating
  • peppermint, for decorating

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In the T-fal® InfinyForce Blender, blend the cream cheese with the strawberries, cream, and powdered sugar using the dessert function; refrigerate and set aside.
  • For the cake, beat the egg whites until they start to lift, then add half of the sugar and beat until fluffy.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolks with the remaining sugar and add the vanilla essence; fold in the whipped egg whites and gradually add the flour until incorporated, then add the melted butter.
  • On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spread the mixture and bake for 10 minutes, take it out of the oven, sprinkle refined sugar on top, flip it onto parchment paper, and place a damp cloth on top. Set aside.
  • Spread the filling and gently roll it up, being careful not to break it; refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Decorate with powdered sugar, strawberries, and mint.
