Vanilla Filled Cupcakes

Make delicious cupcakes for any occasion. Fill them with your favorite jam and decorate with a bit of whipped cream and chocolate shavings. They are the perfect gift or a great dessert to share.

100 grams unsalted butter
1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs
1 cup jam

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix flour, sugar, and baking powder.
Cream the butter, then add the sugar, vanilla, and egg.
Add the dry ingredients to the butter.
Place cupcake liners in a cupcake tray and fill them 2/3 of the way full.
Bake for about 10 minutes. Let cool, make a small hole in the center, and fill with jam. Decorate to taste.
