1/3 cups meringue powder
2/3 cups water

At low speed, start beating while gradually adding the water until you achieve a toothpaste-like consistency.
Increase the speed and beat for 10 minutes, until stiff peaks form.
Paint with the desired color and add water gradually until you achieve the desired consistency for your decoration.
