Vanilla Flotatina

Prepare this delicious vanilla flotatina topped with rich strawberry gelatin. It's extremely tasty, very creamy inside, and slightly tangy outside. Best of all, you just need to blend and you're done. The ideal dessert to share with your family.

  • 1 cup cow's milk, for the vanilla gelatin
  • 1/2 cups sour cream, for the vanilla gelatin
  • 3/4 cups condensed milk, for the vanilla gelatin
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla essence, for the vanilla gelatin
  • 4 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, for the vanilla gelatin (7 g each) hydrated
  • 4 cups water, hot
  • 1 envelope strawberry gelatin
  • 2 tablespoons red food coloring
  • strawberries, quartered, for decoration.

  • For the vanilla gelatin, blend the milk with the cream, condensed milk, vanilla extract, and gelatin.
  • Pour into a mold and refrigerate until set.
  • Meanwhile, dissolve the strawberry gelatin powder in the hot water, add the red food coloring, and let it cool, making sure it doesn't set.
  • Carefully detach the vanilla gelatin from the mold and pour the strawberry gelatin, trying to insert it from the sides and encapsulate it. Fill until completely covered and allow the vanilla to float.
  • Refrigerate until set, unmold, and serve with sliced strawberries.
