Prepare this delicious light mandarin gelatin in three layers with different vegetables that will be a sensation. It’s a great way to get vegetables into kids, and best of all, it’s very refreshing and delicious.
Prepare the Light D´Gari® Mandarin Gelatin. Pour the gelatin into 2 cups of cold water, wait 5 minutes for it to hydrate. Add 2 cups of very hot water, mix until completely dissolved.
Divide the gelatin into three different bowls and mix the first with carrot, the second with cucumber, and the third with jícama.
Pour the gelatin with carrot into a gelatin mold and refrigerate until set.
Make the second layer of gelatin with cucumber and refrigerate until set.
Make the third layer with jícama gelatin and refrigerate until set.
