Vegetable Ring with Light Mandarin Gelatin

Prepare this delicious light mandarin gelatin in three layers with different vegetables that will be a sensation. It’s a great way to get vegetables into kids, and best of all, it’s very refreshing and delicious.

  • 4 cups water
  • 1 box D´Gari® light mandarin gelatin dessert
  • 1 cup carrot , grated
  • 1 cup cucumber, grated and drained
  • 1 cup jicama, grated and drained

  • Prepare the Light D´Gari® Mandarin Gelatin. Pour the gelatin into 2 cups of cold water, wait 5 minutes for it to hydrate. Add 2 cups of very hot water, mix until completely dissolved.
  • Divide the gelatin into three different bowls and mix the first with carrot, the second with cucumber, and the third with jícama.
  • Pour the gelatin with carrot into a gelatin mold and refrigerate until set.
  • Make the second layer of gelatin with cucumber and refrigerate until set.
  • Make the third layer with jícama gelatin and refrigerate until set.
