Walnut Charlotte in a Glass

Treat your whole family to these delicious cup desserts, they are easy and tasty. We gave this charlotte recipe a twist with some walnut cookies, LA LECHERA® Spreadable and a layer of chopped walnuts. A super practical dessert full of flavor.

  • 2 1/2 cups cream cheese, in cubes
  • 1/2 cups evaporated milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg, in powder
  • 1/2 cups La Lechera® Spread
  • 2 cups nut crackers
  • 1/2 cups walnuts, finely chopped

  • Blend the cream cheese together with the evaporated milk, vanilla extract, nutmeg, and LA LECHERA® Spreadable for 2 minutes. You should obtain a semi-thick mixture.
  • Place the walnut cookies in a plastic bag and hit them to break them up and crush them with the help of a rolling pin.
  • Place a layer of crushed cookie in a glass and then, with the help of a spoon, add the previously blended mixture until it covers half of the glass. Sprinkle a little walnut and repeat the layers until you reach the edge of the glass.
  • To decorate, add a piece of walnut cookie, LA LECHERA® Spreadable, and a raspberry. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Serve in the same glass and enjoy.
