2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, rehydrated and melted
1/4 cups Hershey's® Cookies n'Creme® white chocolate chips
1 cup Hershey’S® chocolate syrup
1 cup walnuts, toasted, for decoration
1/4 cups caramel, for decoration

Preheat the oven to 200° C.
For the base, beat the butter with the sugar until fluffy. Add the walnuts, flour, and Hershey’s® cocoa all at once, and beat until incorporated.
Pour the mixture into a cake mold and spread it with the help of a spoon. Bake for 20 minutes and cool.
For the filling, beat the heavy cream, mascarpone cheese, cream cheese, ricotta cheese, and sugar in a mixer. Gradually add the gelatin in a steady stream and beat until combined. Mix in the Hershey's® Cookies 'n' Creme White Chocolate Chips.
Pour into the mold with the base and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
Remove the mold from the refrigerator and cover the cheesecake with Hershey’s® Chocolate Syrup. Arrange the walnuts on top.
Unmold and decorate with caramel.
