  • 2 cans condensed milk
  • 1 liter cow's milk
  • 8 egg yolks
  • 250 grams walnuts, chopped
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1 ounce brandy
  • 1 pinch baking soda

  • Beat the condensed milk with the egg yolks and then add the milk.
  • In a pot, place the previous mixture and heat until it reaches a boil, dissolve the gelatin in cold water and add it to the milk. It is important to keep stirring.

  • Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate.
