Cream the butter, add the sugar and beat until creamy. Add the egg yolks, beating very well between each one. It should be fluffy, add vanilla.
Add flour at low speed until incorporated.
Preheat the oven to 325ºF. We need 2 baking sheets.
Make small balls with your hands using a teaspoon of dough and place them on the baking sheet, with 5 centimeters of space between each one. They should be about 2.5 cm in diameter.
With the end of a wooden spoon dipped in flour, make a dent in each ball. In this, we will put the jam and on top, pressing a bit, we place the half walnut, so that the jam is not visible.
Bake the sheets one at a time for 15 minutes. Until they look slightly golden.
Place on a rack to cool and continue with the other sheets.
