2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
3/4 tablespoons salt
2 sticks unsalted butter
4 eggs
1 cup whole milk
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
4 cups vanilla frosting, can be bought

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Prepare a baking dish to bake mini cupcakes with the papers (this recipe makes 48 mini cupcakes). Grease with vegetable spray.
Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add the butter and beat with an electric mixer.
Add the eggs, milk and vanilla and beat for 2-3 minutes.
Pour the mixture into cups filling only half (the cupcakes grow a lot). Bake until toothpick inserted comes out clean 15-20 minutes.
Remove from oven and unmold, allow to cool.
Cut strips of white lace that surround the cupcakes and glue with resistol or silicone.
Mix the bitumen with 4 drops of artificial food coloring. Blue dye was used in the photograph. Decorate the cupcakes with a pastry duya.
