Whole Grain Chocolate Bread Pudding

  • 5 sliced bread , whole grain, hard
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cups cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons liquid vanilla

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Crumble the bread, add the sugar and milk until fully soaked, and let it rest for 5 minutes. (If there’s too much milk after resting, strain the mixture)
  • Add the other ingredients and mix thoroughly with a spatula.
  • Pour the mixture into a previously greased mold.
  • Bake until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
