  • 650 grams whole-wheat flour
  • 250 grams butter
  • 250 grams raw sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 20 grams baking powder

  • Cream the butter, and once it is creamed, add the sugar. In a separate bowl, mix the baking powder and flour; set aside.
  • Add the egg. Once well incorporated, add the vanilla. Gradually add the flour and baking powder to the butter mixture. Mix until you have a smooth dough.
  • Roll out the dough and cut it into shapes.
  • Place them on a greased tray or a tray lined with greased paper. Bake for approximately 20 minutes at 180°C.
