Yoghurt Cup with Amaretto Macerated Apples

This yoghurt cup with apples and amaretto is delicious. It is made with Oikos, which gives a twist to any fruit and yoghurt recipe. Plus, it's topped with toasted almonds!

1 tablespoon unsalted butter
2 apples, in wedges
2 tablespoons amaretto
2 Oikos® plain Greek yogurt
4 tablespoons almonds, sliced and toasted

In a medium skillet, melt the butter and add the apples, cooking on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add the amaretto and cook for 5 more minutes. Cool down.
Serve the natural Oikos® yoghurt and top with apple wedges.
Garnish with almonds and enjoy.
